In 1999 we were on track to pay off the debt by 2012, even though in 1999 we increased the national debt?

    Alrighty

I got a crazy idea, how bout we just admit all U.S. debt is bad and everyone who doesn't lower it isn't doing their job?

Bill Clinton bought back about $450 billion of debt we owed(OFF BUDGET). You know about off budget don't you. That's how George W. Bush paid for his and god's war in Iraq.

The first time I ever voted was for Eisenhower in 1956. I've listened to Republican administrations talk about reducing the debt and cutting out waste, fraud and abuse nearly all my life. They never have.....not once. I've heard them talk about cutting spending. You know what....they never have. Not once has either party ever reduced spending a goddam dime. When they're not going to reduce spending and they cut taxes.....guess what....................they have to borrow to cover the shortfall........DUUUUUUUHH
