"Told you so." Rush, Hanitty, Nunes, and I were right about FISA abuse and Spying

Who said that there won't be any indictments? Barr and Durham strongly disagree. You are obviously talking out your arse.
Nope, experience says this is just more conservitard bullshit to occupy the weak minded base.

There will be no indictments.
Like an impeachment based off hearsay and loose interpretation...
Nope. All "hearsay" has been verified with direct testimony. No loose interpretation.

Article-2 is DOA. The USSC killed it when they took the Trump vs House subpoenas case for Trump's tax records. "Obstruction of Congress" is not a thing, let alone an impeachable thing. Congress needs to take their issues with the Executive to court to force compliance.

Article-1 is bullshit too. Proving "Abuse of Power", which is not a crime, is "impeachable" will be impossible. So all the dems want to do is try to damage Trump before the 2020 election. What they never learn, like Wily Coyote, is that whenever they rig a diabolical trap for Trump, it ALWAYS backfires and bites them on the ass.
No, it's not.

No what's not?

They haven't ruled on anything. Lower courts have been unanimous in their opposition. So far that were we stand.

If the USSC agreed with the lower courts' decision they would have let it stand.
The USSC took the case for a reason, to explain that when the Executive takes a subpoena to court, it is NOT "Obstruction of Congress".

Yep, you said that there would be no evidence of political bias against Trump found and you were right. :113:

"Documentary" and "testimonial" are words that we in the semantics biz call "qualifiers".

Guess what?...There is a fuck ton of circumstantial evidence that there was bias all over the place....Not the least of which were the 17 "mistakes" that all mysteriously fell in only one direction, it total defiance of all statistical probability.

Stop for a second and use your head from high view of the whole thing.

Your working theory is that Obama had FBI wiretap Carter page, who left Trump campaign a month ago and went to Russia...to spy on the campaign?

It just does not make any sense.

There is another theory, one that is far more cohesive - FBI honestly suspected that Carter Page was a Russian agent.
I have no such working theory as you say....And the FBI knew that page was a CIA operative....Failing (refusing) to disclose this was one of the 17 "mistakes".

You're carrying the water for the dirtiest cops in Murican history....Yet another example of how the civil libertarian of the left is extinct.

what’s the overarching theory then?

FBI was out to stop getting Trump elected...by running a hush-hush counter-intelligence operation?

if all you are saying is FBI played hardball with Carter (and everyone agrees they did) then it’s not a political issue.

You assume that to be the case, but they ha e not ruled on anything.

What makes imputation as to outcome important?...Why would anyone care what the bank robbers were going to do with the loot?

Facts remain that the FBI clearly operated far beyond the scope of what the laws and their policies authorize....People belong behind bars for their actions.

Overzealous cops is not a new phenomenon, but that’s not what Trump and his people were claiming.

Trump and others on the right specifically charged conspiracy by Obama administration to illegally wiretap Trump’s campaign for political purposes, Nixon style.

There is still no evidence to support that and Trump is still an assclown for making baseless grand assertions like that against another president.
