The calls to subpoena Grand Jury testimony is nothing more than political theatre by Nadler. He knows only too well that Grand Jury testimony can't be exposed because it would defeat the purpose of having a Grand Jury...so his requests to release all of the Grand Jury testimony have to be denied! So why would he make such a request? Because the Democrats have nothing left. They put all of their eggs in the Russian Collusion basket and not that's been exposed as a great big waste of time and money. All Nadler is doing now is attempting to save face for his base.
