The irony here it is mostly republicans in the FBI and judicial positions who are making these calls for fisa etc. Imagine if it were democrats or independents, the Trump snowflakes would be whining and crying even louder. Listen righties just reenter your imaginary world in which Hillary will once again be investigated, this should keep your partisan empty mind busy forever. Sing 'lock her up' at your church of make believe and if necessary there is xanax too. Happy dreams.

"Conservatives thrive on a world filled with mysterious evil and unfathomable hatreds, where good is always on the defensive and time is a precious commodity in the cosmic race against corruption and decline." Corey Robin 'The Reactionary Mind'

"The rise of conservative politics in postwar America is one of the great puzzles of American political history. For much of the period that followed the end of World War II, conservative ideas about the primacy of the free market, and the dangers of too-powerful labor unions, government regulation, and an activist, interventionist state seemed to have been thoroughly rejected by most intellectual and political elites. Scholars and politicians alike dismissed those who adhered to such faiths as a "radical right," for whom to quote the Columbia University historian Richard Hofstadter politics "becomes an arena into which the wildest fancies are projected, the most paranoid suspicions, the most absurd superstitions, the most bizarre apocalyptic fantasies." How, then, did such ideas move from their marginal position in the middle years of the twentieth century to become the reigning politics of the country by the century's end?" Kim Phillips-Fein ('Invisible Hands')

"All conservatism begins with loss," Andrew Sullivan writes. "If we never knew loss, we would never feel the need to conserve." That’s why the first and still canonical conservative text is Edmund Burke’s “Reflections on the Revolution in France," a lamentation on the uprooting of that country’s monarchical order. And that’s why America, as an experiment in modernity, hasn’t had many genuine conservatives in its history." 'A Guest of My Time' 'The Kennan Diaries,' by George F. Kennan

This should be called the "FBI Cover-Up Scandal", but the Press protects the dirty Democrats

The agencies are a failed experiment at this point. Like an old termite-infested white pine house, it needs razed and rebuilt with something sturdier.

There are 2 pages they have seen in redacted form they want. Those are what they want today, unredacted.

Nunes wants 2 pages. What's the problem with that? Evidently, a big one for the DOJ

The Courts website says it is one 8.5x11 piece of paper typed out and double spaced unless asked to submit more.

i'm sure the application form may be two pages, but the actual completed application with supporting documentation runs much longer.

I heard Lausch this morning and he was talking about they need to do better and they have turned over documents, but won’t turn over grand jury documents. Then Jason Chaffetz challenged what he had said saying no, they haven’t and there has not been any grand jury to deny documents from and this particular document has been requested for over 2 years, yet still they haven’t gotten it to them, other than redacted recently. I’ve never seen Chaffetz so angry. I’ve seen him mad, but not angry.
The FBI has been purposely dragging their heels over the request for documents and has only produced a small fraction of those. It's so bad that the DOJ is appointing a US attorney to make sure they comply.

US Attorney John Lausch to oversee FISA warrant document release
