So we should take more recent examples of Prog policy and the consequences of such as a demonstration.

We can look back to the 1970s when Jimmuh Cawtah sought a softer, gentler way and felt that we should revitalize the ghettos..., who along with the help of the Congressional Black Caucus and others in the legislature such as queer representative Bawney Fwank, began to coerce the Lending Institutions to set aside the longstanding, soundly reasoned actuarial lending principles, for 'ideas' that better suited the poor of those ghettos to be able to receive low interests loans.

It didn't catch on, because the banks laughed them out of the building... .

So they went to the media who framed the Banks as the villains... whose economic jack boot was on the neck of the poor black brother and sisters....

Fast Forward 30 years after the Clintons had pressed the issue and formed up Federal Guarantees to help the Banks to see their way past the need to assure their own fiscal viability... so as to loan large sums of money to people who had absolutely no means of ever paying those monies back, let alone the scheduled interest... and PRESTO! We arrive at the inevitable catastrophe common to those Progressive Ideas, wherein Government and Business are tied together in the pursuit of socialism through the prism of false nationalism... OKA: National Socialism.
