This is interesting, given that the PPP poll is a left-leaning poll, this is not good news for Obama. While Obama has a 1 point higher favorablity rating over George W. Bush, Obama has a 3 point higher UNfavorability rating than Bush. Now, look at the black people polled, 82% of black people have a favorable view of Obama, while 82% is a good number for Obama, it is also very bad...given that over 90% of black Americans voted for him in '08. While the percentage is small, that percentage of growing disapproval amongst black voters might just be enough to cost Obama second term.

And who cares? Approval ratings always go up after a President is out of office.

I'm sure that Bill Clinton has higher approval ratings than Bush and Obama.
