No, Deltex, that is not the European experiance. In fact the US ranks 34th in longevity. Almost all European countries exceed us in longevity. At all levels of society. Even Costa Rica and Cuba have longer average longevity than we do. And Greece is 19th, compared to our 34th.

In lots of areas (i.e. - social welfare handouts), we already have one. One tier works for a living and pays the taxes to fund them while the other tier votes for a living to get something which they don't fund.

If someone that doesn't have healthcare coverage doesn't get it, it's YOUR fault. YOU claim they have a right to something even you aren't willing to fund personally on their behalf.
