It is not Trump's fault that Hunter was involved with a company under investigation for corruption. Burisma, et al. was the biggest scandal in the Ukraine at the time. I guess you just expected him to ignore it? Maybe Joe should discourage his son from taking jobs with foreign companies that are under investigation.

Burisma was under investigation years before Hunter Biden, his business partner, and other ex foreign dignitaries were hired by Burisma for their reformed board of Directors to put on a clean face for the company....

Burisma's owner settled with law enforcement for his alleged crimes with penalties paid, before Hunter and others of high stature in Europe were hired for their Board.... No doubt, for the new appearance of legitimacy....also with the owner backed out and a new front person running the company. They obviously thought the Biden family name made a good appearance, as with the dignitaries hired for the Board as well....

Unfortunately, these type of doings with companies, even in the USA, trying to change the image of their companies from wrong doings days, are perfectly legal, and common place! Hunter and his partner, who was actually hired by Burisma first, before Hunter, should never had gotten near Burisma within a 10 ft pole, more like a 1000 ft one, imo!

From what I had followed and read, way back when I was interested, is that Burisma's owner got off on a settled sweet deal, and that previous deal maker prosecutor was let go and allegedly part of the inside corruption by crooked businesses, Shokin was the next, or second prosecutor later after that guy.... Ukraine was going through corrupt prosecutors like it was rain coming down from the heavens!

Shokin never pursued a new investigation in to Burisma, nor did he prosecute corruption as he should have, HE WAS ON THE TAKE TOO.... is the bottom line, and escaped to Russia after he was removed finally, by Parliament. The USA, the EU, the IMF and other world organizations were FUNDING the Ukraine rehabilitation from corruption and saw it going nowhere, and were tired of giving funds for a lost cause, and ALL WARNED the Ukraine, unless we saw change, corruption attacked, we ALL would no longer fund them, or give loans to them.....

Shokin Burisma lie about Hunter and Joe, is simply made up propaganda from a KNOWN CORRUPT PROSECUTOR. likely PAID for the made up story.....
