These are the allegations in the Joe Biden impeachment inquiry

You do if you've already spent 10 million dollars in legal fees and just want it to go away.

I'm pretty sure that if Clinton fought it in court, in front of a jury drawn from an electorate where he still had 60% approval, he'd have had no problem beating the rap... but it would have cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars to do it, and would impede on his ability to earn money in the private sector.

So say, "I done bad, have my law license I haven't used in 20 years in a state I have no intention of moving back to!"

The more worrisome thing. Ken Starr and Robert Ray spent 70 million dollars, and all they came up with was a minor charge that merited a $10,000 fine.

I’m pretty sure that if….

Um, yeah. “pretty sure”, is not usually though of as being a strong criminal defense tactic.

Except the only thing that Clinton agreed to was giving up his law license (which he hadn't practiced law in over 20 years at that point) in a state he had no intention of residing in. He didn't have to admit a felony or cop to one.

That seems.... kind of minor for an investigation that cost 70 million dollars and lasted five years.

Except the Dems / Socialists are fine with wasting millions of dollars on phony investigations that last five years. Just ask Hunter Biden and President Trump.

Abuse of power, obstruction and corruption.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced the House is launching an impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden, citing at least six separate allegations that led to the decision.

First, he cited the House Oversight Committee’s findings that Biden “did lie to the American people about his own knowledge of his family’s foreign business dealings.”

Second, McCarthy also cited bank records that show “nearly $20 million in payments were directed to the Biden family members and associates through various shell companies.”

Third, McCarthy also said the Treasury Department has “more than 150 transactions involving the Biden family and other business associates that were flagged as suspicious activity by U.S. banks.”

Fourth, McCarthy cited an FBI informant who alleged that the president and his son both received bribes of $5 million each.

Fifth, McCarthy cited Biden using “his official office to coordinate with Hunter Biden’s business partners about Hunter’s role in Burisma Ukrainian energy company,” referring to recent revelations from Hunter Biden’s laptop that then-Vice President Biden used private or alias accounts to send government information to Hunter.

Finally, McCarthy said — likely in reference to the Justice Department’s handling of its investigation of Hunter Biden, “Despite the serious allegations, it appears that the president’s family has been offered special treatment by Biden’s own administration — treatment that [they] not otherwise would have received if they were not related to the President.”

Go ahead. Try to impeach Biden. Kiss the House, the Senate and the White House goodbye.

Shaking down foreign governments and attempting a coup are kind of serious matters.
Getting a blow job from an intern isn't.
I agree. That’s why investigation into the activities of the Biden Crime Family are important.

As to the coup™ slogan, melodrama isn’t a crime and false claims don’t make a coherent argument.

This whole thing is dead on arrival, IMO. It’s doubtful McCarthy could get enough votes in his own caucus.

The Mueller Investigation wasn't a waste of money. The investigation cost $25 million and returned over $40 million dollars in taxes, fines and penalties.

The 25+ Clinton Investigations have cost the American people over $100 million dollars without returning one dime to the American people.

The Trump investigations are finding tax evasion, and other crimes for which financial recovery is available, but the man committed so many crimes while in office, they're focussing on the threats to democracy rather the billions missing from the PPP program.

Just like the Neo-GOP who are still running on allegations of multi-state fraud that never materialized and remains a CT among the rabid right. The rabid right is holding poor Kevin hostage.

The mantra of the left is that whistleblowers should be believed.

Uh, sorry. The Mueller investigation was a bust. Let’s understand the purpose of the investigation was a Dem / Socialist attempt to connect Trump with Russia collusion. The result of all of the Dem / Socialist whine and conniving was that not a single individual faced indictment or charges on the core question of whether there was any conspiracy or coordination with Russia over the election.

Wrong on all scores:

The purpose of the Mueller Investigation was to investigate Russian Interference in the 2016 election. To find out how they interfered and to ensure that they're not able to do it again, and why everyone connected with the Trump Campaign, and staffers completing their security clearance information was lying about their contacts with Russians.

Instead of believing what FOX and Bill Barr told you, you should actually READ the final report. Paul Manafort plead guilty to providing Republican polling data to a known Russian spy, but in pleading guilty he claimed Trump knew nothing about it.

9 guilty pleas/convictions. Paul Manafort was convicted on ALL charges, so the idea that nobody was convicted of any "collusion related charges" is utterly false. Rick Gates also admitted to passing information to the Russians, and General Flynn was on tape with the Russian Ambassador promising to lift sanctions. Flynn was paid $25,000 by the Russians, right after he retired from the army. The judge at his trial called his actions "treasonous".

Roger Stone was the liason between the Russians, the campaign and WikiLeaks, and he was convicted of lying to the FBI. Who knows what charges there would have been if Stone and others hadn't lied to Congress and the FBI.

But keep defending and voting for lying criminals. That really worked well for you during covid.

You should try and keep up.

“On August 21, their fourth day of deliberation, the jury found Manafort guilty on 8 of the 18 felony counts, including five counts of filing false tax returns, two counts of bank fraud, and one count of failing to disclose a foreign bank account.”

So clearly, you screeching about “convicted on all charges” is itself a fraud.

Let's do a comparison on each of those charges

First, he cited the House Oversight Committee’s findings that Biden “did lie to the American people about his own knowledge of his family’s foreign business dealings.”

Trump lied to the American people about his Chinese bank accounts.

Second, McCarthy also cited bank records that show “nearly $20 million in payments were directed to the Biden family members and associates through various shell companies.”

The Trump family received over $2 billion from foreign sources.

Third, McCarthy also said the Treasury Department has “more than 150 transactions involving the Biden family and other business associates that were flagged as suspicious activity by U.S. banks.”

Suspicious Activity Reports Surge: 2023 Filings Expected ...
Jun 8, 2023 — In 2022, Financial institutions submitted more than 3.6 million Suspicious Activity Reports. (SARs) to the U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes ...

Fourth, McCarthy cited an FBI informant who alleged that the president and his son both received bribes of $5 million each.

Of course there was an informant that exposed Trump trying to extort the Ukraine President.

Meanwhile Trump tweeted "classified" photographs. Revealing the capabilities and resolution of our spy satellites.

And let me remind you. That occurred during the Trump administration. By the Trump DOJ, IRS and FBI.

Fact: Bill Clinton was never prosecuted for perjury
The two impeachment charges against him were lying under oath to a federal grand jury (i.e. perjury) and obstruction of justice. These are easily verifiable facts. Why are Democrats so willfully ignorant? You people really think he was charged with getting a blowjob. Tells me that you get all your political information from late night comedians.

I look forward to the evidence proving these being presented under oath and with cross examination

No you don't. You want Joe Biden protected at all costs, because you're a member of his cult, which is clear from the fact that you didn't give a rat's ass about "evidence" during Trump's impeachments.

Thankfully, Congress doesn't give a shit about your cult.
