"There shall be open borders"

.... They sit idly by and try to chant the mantra that we don't have Rights; ......

Stop lying. No one is chanting such a mantra.

You chant it every day. ....

Not even once, liar.

...

The issue here is that we are going to have open borders. .....

No, we are not. The American people will not go for that, and playing games with semantics does not change the fact that we still have borders and they are not open EU style.

It is not up to corporations to set our rate of wages. It is up to us. America has become dependent upon the large corporations and they hate the little guy - the entrepreneur. It is those who have made a religion out of immigration laws (that they clearly don't understand) that want more and more government to save them from their own actions.

All of you live in a free market economy. You have an opportunity to go out there and make money. You can make more money than the corporations will pay you. But, what you cannot do is to build a government big enough to protect you from yourself.

If you're asking the government to guarantee you a job in a corporation, then you are asking the government to set wages and conditions. And you have NO bargaining power in corporate America. If you make things too uncomfortable for a corporation, they will simply take their business to another country with fewer restrictions. So, if you don't like their deal, band together with individuals and exercise your Rights to own your own business and do business with those of like mind. Make corporations conform to your standards. Don't try to make the tail wag the dog.

Robert Bartley, the late editorial page editor of The Wall Street Journal, was a free trade zealot who for decades championed a five-word amendment to the Constitution: “There shall be open borders.”

Bartley accepted what the erasure of America’s borders and an endless influx or foreign peoples and goods would mean for his country.

Said Bartley, “I think the nation-state is finished.”

Globalists & Nationalists: Who Owns the Future?
Why does the right wing bother to allege to subscribe to Capitalism.

We have a legal monopoly on our sovereignty. All foreign nationals in the US should have a federal id. With applied Capitalism, we could simply charge a simple and capital, fee or fine to solve this problem at the borders (mostly), and generate revenue at the same time.

What a revenue generating concept, right wingers!
