The majority of their budget goes to travel expenses as they jet set around the globe.

The CDC are more than capable of dealing with this. After nearly dying from a rare form of meningitis over 25 years ago I have them to thank for saving me with round the clock care after a hospital discharged me with "the flu"
Within 24 hours I was transported back via ambulance in the worst pain of my life.
Anyhow I've seen many morons on the left criticize Trump for his stance on the WHO. Defies logic that having your hard earned tax dollars protected can make you mad.
