I think the announcement will happen in the next couple of days ! Why do I believe this ? I believe this because Obama is about to announce his executive decision on immigration !! since the administration has its claws sunk into the Brown shooting case the potus knows the exact time the grand jury will announce it's decision and what the verdict is . he timing his announcement on the same day or close to the same day to announce his executive actions on immigration to stir up even more racial tension .
