While the Republican Party is probably one of the LEAST diverse political parties in the world. Simply because they are 90% white and mostly Christian.

The two parties can't be compared unless the comparison is meant to highlight their differences.

It's a very loose and totally uncoordinated bunch of extreme single issue fanatics circling around a few hard core ME ME ME self-aggrandizers in the hopes that THIS time the core will actually deliver as promised. Gay Rights fanatics are, at the current moment, the most vocal of these fanatic devotees about to get screwed AGAIN, with Black Supremacists also circling and yelping the loudest, just as screwed as the Gay-bees. The Black Power faction has an orbiting faction of its own, the commie/socialist nutjobs.

Second revolving layer of Fruit Flies appears to be the Greenies and the pro-Abortion Women Enslavers.

NOW and women's issues got shoved into a way distanced outer orbit long before Hilliary was smushed by bribery and armtwisting.

The nucleus -- the ME ME ME-ers -- are spit between two competing and almost at war groups, the Kennedy faction and the Clinton faction.

Obama is POTUS because of Teddy Kennedy's backing -- which was more anti-Clinton than pro-Obama.

It matters for many reasons.

I've read about Democratic/Republican demographics so much, I don't even need to go look it up.

For one, it's obvious by the fact that sometimes Democrats win and sometimes Republicans, it's always changing. But not by a lot.

The numbers have been very similar for the last two decades.

For the Republican Party, around 90% white and Christian and about 2% black and 8% everyone else.

For the Democratic Party, the range has been more dramatic and changing.

From 60 to 70% white

12% black

10% Hispanic

and everyone else.

But those numbers have been shifting, especially for the Democratic Party.

Included in the 60 to 70% white are the gays, feminists, atheists and educators. Remember, college professors voted 12 to 1 for Obama and the vast majority of scientists are Democrats. Probably the least educated and most educated identify as Democrats. Remember, it was a GOP Lt. Gov who said, "Feed the poor and they'll breed". Of the uneducated, only very rural whites think the Republicans are on their side. And that is only because Republicans play them like a cheap violin.

Hispanics are now the second largest minority. After the attempt at laws Republicans have aimed directly at the Hispanics, including the threat of stripping US citizens of their citizenship, Republicans have probably lost the majority of Hispanic voters for at least a generation.

While Republicans may "insist" those laws are aimed at only "illegal" immigrants, perception is a lot. Look how well it's worked to make Obama a "Kenyan/Communist/Socialist/Muslim". The majority of Republicans believe that the same way they believe "evolution" is a lie. No evidence will change their indoctrination once it's written in stone.

Hispanics believe that immigration laws are aimed directly at Hispanics. That perception isn't likely to change.

After the last month, there are probably close to zero Muslims in the Republican Party and other non Christians, after seeing what they Republicans have done to the Muslims, will probably think twice about voting Republican.

So how to Republicans get so many votes? Because there are so many white, Christian Republicans living in this country.

And finally, many Democrats aren't mad at Obama because they don't like his policies, they are mad because they feel he has been too "nonpartisan". They feel he hasn't fought against the Republicans enough. That he hasn't defended other Americans against Republican slander. He hasn't even defended himself against Republican slander. He has been called "Communist/Muslim/Socialist/Fascist/Kenyan/boy/man child/liar/thug/and more", not just by the crazy Republican base, but by the Republican leadership. And still, he tries to work with them.

Many Democrats feel he should have called them out. Put a spotlight on them. Even when they are willing to bring the country down to bring him down, he still tries to stay "civil". Democrats are asking, "What the hell is wrong with him?"

Who knows, after this election, he may finally grow a pair and name the Republican Party for what it is. Fuck bipartisan. Fight! The Republican Party is not on the side of America. They are a country of White People within a Nation of Diversity.
