Republicans are always behind the curve and learn from Democrats how to do things. Democrats always do them first and then Republicans basically say, "Hey, thanks for teaching us that. We would have never thought of that on our own". I think it all started when Harry Reid showed Republicans how to go nuclear. Since then Democrats have never learned their lesson, do something new, and then Republicans then follow along. It's basically all about taking democracy away.
