MIAMI, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis said about 25,000 fully vaccinated people statewide have tested positive for COVID-19.
DeSantis also said there has been a reduction of more than 70% in the mortality rate compared to previous peaks.

”Texas Gov. Abbott: “The Biden Administration has created a constitutional crisis between the federal government and the State of Texas. This stems from the Biden Administration’s refusal to enforce immigration laws and allow illegal immigrants with COVID-19 to enter our country.”

Now, keep in mind that “harboring” is a criminal offense.

shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

”In a later decision, the Second Circuit announced the following test for determining what constitutes shielding, concealing, and harboring under 8 U.S.C. § 1324: “harboring, within the meaning of § 1324, encompasses conduct tending substantially to facilitate an alien's remaining in the United States illegally and to prevent government authorities from detecting his unlawful presence.” United States v. Kim, 193 F.3d 567, 574 (2d Cir.1999) (emphasis added); see also United States v. Cantu, 557 F.2d 1173, 1180 (5th Cir.1977) (stating that proper test is whether charged conduct tended “substantially to facilitate an alien's remaining in the United States illegally”) (quoting Lopez, 521 F.2d at 441).”
So, as it turns out, not only is the Biden Administration violating statutory law forbidding harboring, but in the process the Administration, including ICE AGENTS, is assisting in spreading covid infected illegal entrants throughout the United States and giving aid and comfort to a swarm of foreigners invading our border.
