This headline would make you think that Ann Coulter was bad-mouthing Marco Rubio. Well she is.

Fact is, she was clearly stating that Amnesty is going to hurt blacks. Why is Rubio backing amnesty? Everyone with half a brain knows when you bring in millions of poor from other countries you'll only end up hurting the poor in this country.

Poor whites would be hurt too. The problem that really exists with people in this country who try to divide the country by politics (liberal vs. conservative) and by race, (black vs. white), is that they actually believe that the majority of those who really control the significant wealth see the rest of the population as a liability no matter what their politics or race are, and it is to their advantage to keep those who buy in to the pettiness of it fighting each other as opposed to uniting and fighting for effective social change.

Alas there is no sense to this at all.

You have to understand we are not people with thought and passion. We are simply voters. We are chump change.

Prosperity is bad for Democrats anyway. Why not shift the state to a Blue state and ruin the economy at the same time.

First of all, educate yourself and get your facts straight. 700,000 white Americans did not die "to end slavery".

The actual death toll of of the UNION soldiers was around 150,000. The combined total of WOUNDED and DEAD was close to about 650,000, which also includes the Confederate side.

A significant number of the deaths during the war were a result of disease, because of poor medical care and substandard hygiene.

Secondly, there were Black soldiers who fought for the Union side as well, and approximately 40,000 lost their lives by the end of the war.

Lastly, who said anything about ""motivations of the guy in charge?" The fact is that the Civil War was NOT a humanitarian effort to end the institution of slavery, PERIOD.

No one is "blaming" a dead man for the current problem, although his "mistake" significantly helped exacerbate the current problem.

And he was suggesting that poor kids become janitors in their schools.

Why not suggest they run the lunchroom? Set up a shop selling stuff in the school? Program the computers or set up the labs?

He went right to Janitor.

Personally I am glad he's out of government.

If those kids have the ability to do those jobs,sure.
But if they did,they wouldnt need prodding because they've already shown the ability to better themselves.
