Bizarrely, Jon Stewart shows more journalistic credibility than most of the real media, asking Dick Durban why the Democrats failed to pass a budget in the two years they held a super majority in both houses of Congress.
The answer Durban gives is classic. Not only does he not answer the question, he shows a stunning inability to grasp the English language.
The left desperately wants Americans to completely forget that after the 2008 elections President Obama had everything he needed to ensure the success of his policies. And he was immensely successful, passing unprecedented legislation. In the first 19 months the Democrats held control over the Congress and presidency the federal debt increased $2.5260 trillion--more than the combined total of every president from George Washington through Reagan.
Again, I want to ask all the liberals carrying the water for Obama--do the two years the Democrats held super majority status over Congress mean nothing? At what point is this president going to say "the buck stops here"?
