Israel does not allow people to leave Gaza and controls what goes in and out. I can't believe you want to pretend Israel has never killed anyone.

Israel doesn't forbid anyone to leave Gaza.

Israel never forbid that, Israel does however maintain the blockade or held Philadelphia route for the known reasons but never stopped anyone from digging to Australia or leaving to Egypt.
