for all the haters out there. Mr Smith says it quite well:

ESPN was totally wrong to suspend Britt McHenry New York Post

"McHenry, a DC-based reporter, was apparently towed by a company called Advanced Towing, a private contractor hired by various entities around the Arlington, Va., area to make sure people don’t illegally park.

Towing cars that are where they aren’t supposed to be is a necessary thing, an act of urban hygiene.

Still, let’s look at the Better Business Bureau rating for this outfit: It’s an F. Out of 40 complaints lodged against the company in the last three years, Advanced Towing has simply ignored 37."

"We don’t even know what was said to McHenry, since the Advanced Towing employee’s remarks have been edited out of the video that went viral.

And how do you feel about private companies with which you did not choose to do business making videos of you, then leaking them to the media for the purpose of humiliating you?

McHenry’s private conversation wasn’t actually any of ESPN’s business and should not even have been captured or distributed without her consent — but ESPN was terrified of the online mob and panicked.

ESPN should do the right thing and reinstate McHenry until it learns the whole story — or simply concede that sometimes people lose their tempers. The way McHenry talks on her worst, most frustrating day is probably how Keith Olbermann talked to his mom."

I agree with this perfectly. We have an online mob of hate fill bigots who only need one side of a story. typical of liberals. the video was edited and we have no idea what the fat woman was saying of looking like. its clear this company deserves to be sut down. Im ashamed that my fellow board members who have also had embarrassing private converstions would be so filled with hate.

I also want to re-emphasize this point:
"And how do you feel about private companies with which you did not choose to do business making videos of you, then leaking them to the media for the purpose of humiliating you?"

Don't act like a stuck up ass and you won't be humiliated

Virginia is a "One Party Consent State" meaning only one person needs to know they're filming. The other party doesn't.

One Party = The Party Doing the Filming.

This is a Good Law because you can use it to film the Police, Elected Officials and any other person you think may be trying to rip you off.

Welcome to Freedom of Speech, which can be very expensive. In a job like hers, watch what you say.

And there is no expectation of privacy in a setting such as that. She doesn't have a foot to stand on as they are both in her mouth. And trying to pull rank, ugly at best.

Stoopid bitch was informed she was on camera and even looked up at the camera

Can't fix stupid

we all have embarrassing convos and she did nothing wrong. i wonder what the fat bitch said that was edited out?

First Kyle Smith should be fired, he sure as hell isn't a reporter. Then Britt should be banned for 5 years. Where's Al Sharpton when you need him?

“Statement from the towing company

Parking enforcement is contentious by nature. At the same time, neither Gina, our lot clerk, nor our company, have any interest in seeing Britt McHenry suspended or terminated as a result of her comments.

Ms. McHenry is our neighbor, and, as she said, to paraphrase, made remarks that were out of line. She is human and errors in judgement can be made in the heat of the moment.

Gina is a single mother of 3 children who works a difficult job to provide her family. Gina holds no ill will toward Ms. McHenry.”

And in a complete opposite direction of the OP:

While McHenry’s apology starts off with a mini-defense of herself, it eventually hits the right notes, even if she never actually apologizes to the employee — the only person who deserves one. But it’s all phony. That wasn’t the attitude of someone having a bad day. That wasn’t someone frustrated by an employee at a tow-truck operator and looking to blow off a little steam. We’ve all been there and (hopefully) didn’t denigrate the man or woman responsible for not having a degree, nor rip on a cashier for simply doing her job. A bad day is cursing at someone or driving away from that tow-truck company and flipping the bird. Those are the sort of slip-ups that make us human. What McHenry did is an attitude based on power and entitlement.
ESPN got it wrong with Britt McHenry For The Win

SARAHGOP SAID:

“We have an online mob of hate fill bigots who only need one side of a story. typical of liberals.”

And this sort of ignorance and stupidity is typical of most conservatives, as whatever did or did not happen has nothing to do with 'liberals,' 'bigots,' or 'mobs.'

 It is the teaper hypocrites who are calling for Britt to be fired. Of course, in other situations, they were on the side of the offender...but n1ggers were involved, so that influenced their position.
