Sanders has an enthusiastic following, but that was true last time around also, I don't think that's going to be enough. He'll have to tack to center, IMO, to have a realistic shot.
That said, I'll repeat what I said when he ran last time. I like the guy. Don't agree with much that he has to say politically, and am definitely not in support of socialism, but I find him somewhat sincere.
Point being, his likeability factor is certainly higher than Clinton's, who narrowly beat out rabid scorpions on that characteristic, which I think cost her the race (no, it wasn't Poooootin), so if he does manage to get the nomination, it will be an interesting race.
