Conservatives aren't interested in giving a man a fish or teaching a man to fish but they will sell him some highly processed fish sticks at a ridiculously inflated mark-up. Both sides of the classic proverb are gifts, one of food and another of knowledge, neither should be free as far as conservatives are concerned.
