I would like to see how unionizing teachers caused that student to behave badly. What has really happened is that public schools' hands are tied when it comes to expelling students like that.....follow the money. The state pays schools for butts in seats and the districts....that's all they care about. They don't want kids expelled, they lose money...so they throw the teachers and the substitute teachers to the wolves.

And notice 100 pages for people sympathizing with the girl who the cop flung across the room but they don't want to talk about this? What do they think a cop should do with this kid who was threatening the teacher? If you can't kick the living shit out of him then arrest him for sure. Or expel him from the school forever!!!!
