There's no such thing as 'extreme cultural viability'. A culture is either viable, or it is not... and what you see in that; which it should be pointed out is TYPICAL of inner-city schools, but which if such were to happen in our County, would result in the intellectually less fortunate being subjected to irresistible force, which would likely result in severe personal injury to them, prior to their being removed from any further potential that they may ever again stand upon County School property.

We've seen this demonstrated in the federal licensing of degeneracy, the requirement of US Troops to allow Muslim adults rape little boys, the dozens of Progs that have gone into No-Gun Zones, such as schools to murder, actually innocent children... The poor teacher was just grinding out the hours till COB and then EOW and then payday. She has visibly given up, and would likely be the first to call for firing any government employee that brought discipline to the school system..
