CLEAR PROOF that a moron .....like you.....NEVER read the Mueller report.....just relying on what Barr and Hannity told you to believe.

......AND, dimwit, the special counsel guidelines were written BEFORE the actual president was the SUBJECT of the investigation while DOJ policy BARS (pardon the expression) a special counsel from indicting a sitting president.

Currently, a sitting president is ABOVE THE LAW.......once out of office and if the statutes of limitations have not expired, Trump could EASILY be indicted based on what Mueller found.
