This is a media cartoon inspired by the under-rated media-parody film Magnolia.

An English actor named Tom was making a movie about miner-culture and rugged gangs in an old English town and became curious about vigilantes. Tom started reading about the Hell's Angels in America and became fascinated with Edward Abbey and Anthony Burgess. Tom started perusing the World Wide Web(!) for colorful posts by 'idealistic bloggers.' He found an idealistic blogger named Ajay (an Albanian-American who dressed up like a vigilante and posted about the 'value of democracy' in a commerce-driven world). Tom liked Ajay a lot and wanted to meet him. Ajay could use the celebrity-networking for his nifty little 'blogging-crusade.' So the two struck up a partnership.

Tom and Ajay became the best of friends. One a celebrity and the other an Internet blogger, Tom and Ajay referred to themselves as the Dynamic Duo. They became interested in environmentalism consciousness for a while and made connections to the eco-activism organization the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation (headed by the iconic Hollywood movie star). The Dynamic Duo also started writing to the Church of Scientology, hoping to curry the favors of one of its most outspoken spokesmen, Hollywood movie superstar Tom Cruise. It was good fun, and you could argue...it was good for democracy and business (which is why the Dynamic Duo caught the attention of U.S. President Donald Trump).

Trump had the grand notion of opening a commerce-themed giant casino in Vegas (once his presidency was over), and he wanted the Dynamic Duo to use their 'connections' to establish an entertainment platform. Trump was calling his grand casino The Media Cube, and it would invite celebrities and politicians as well as artists and social critics. The Dynamic Duo suggested that Trump invite the American radical politician Ralph Nader, and Trump considered hosting a Dianetics Conference in which both Nader and Tom Cruise would be invited to be 'guest speakers.'

One of the perks of The Media Cube was that it would have many gift-shops which would sell symbolic consumerism items (kitchen goods, mini-hardware, Fisher-Price toys, LEGO sets, water-pistols, Russell Stover fancy candies, Tic-Tacs and Chiclets, all kinds of batteries, and even vintage Polaroid instant-cameras). The Dynamic Duo started hiring dollmakers who would craft miniature dolls modelled after them as 'commerce-culture voodoo-dolls.' The Dynamic Duo dolls (as they were called and known) became a big hit in Canada, Sweden, and Argentina, and Trump remarked that they were the 'underground Barbie-Ken dolls.' However, as with any 'media gamble,' people started wondering if the Dynamic Duo were homosexual. Welcome to the Age of Gossip!
