Regardless of their content, has anyone considered the greater crimes that have been committed?

1. Illegal recording of private (and protected) conversations.

2. Illegal seizure of private records.

3. Illegal violation of attorney-client privilege.

4. Illegal leaking of private information related to an active investigation.

These are the actions of a KGB, not a democracy governed by the rule of law.

What has happened to our country?

Throw someone in jail if you want, but let's not pretend those are the "greater" crimes

In NY, only one party has to consent to the conversation being taped. It remains to be seen if it was illegal or not.

I fail to see how any of this would be admissible unless that type of information was sought and specified in the search warrant.

Having affairs with hot babes used to be very presidential. JFK for example.

I thought that I heard someone with a Russian accent was heard laughing in the background just before the tape cut off. Very interesting indeed.

And you won't care that your president was pushed down our throats by a dictatorship ?
You dont care that your president kept on lying to his teeth all this time?
You dont care about him criticizing Americans and America in foreign soil in front of Americas biggest rival while praising a murderer?

Even worse, Putin's control over the Mueller investigation is the icing on the cake!

I’ve heard that for those tapes to be released to the FBI then priveledge would have to be waved by Trump. In other words, he wanted them out. Perhaps another distraction away from the Russia debacle?

This is very likely what was being discussed at the private Putin/Trump meeting. That is why Putin has requested Mueller come to Moscow. Putin will then do an onsite inspection this fall when he visits DC to make sure everything is going as planned.

The dotard is no JFK.

Right...he's much much better than JFK.
The dotard will go down as the greatest embarrassment in U.S. history. The great dealmaker has so far made ZERO deals and pulled us out of several. A complete joke.

So far, the only joke has been on you.

You lost.

Suck on it.

Interesting, but this is the Southern District of New York so wouldn't that mean it is admissible? Just asking because it is legal for one party consent in New York.

One party consent is all that is necessary in NY State and Cohen was a party and the one recording. You're wrong.
2. Illegal seizure of private records.
A proper search warrant was issued based on probable cause. You're wrong.
3. Illegal violation of attorney-client privilege.
A Special Master was appointed by the Court to review the evidence to avoid that issue and now that is moot because attorney-client privilege has been waived I've just heard on TV news. You're wrong.
4. Illegal leaking of private information related to an active investigation.
Four parties were consumers of that information; The Court, the Government investigators, Cohen's defense team and Trump's defense team. Obviously the Court didn't leak the existence of the tape, there is no reason at all for the the Mueller investigation or Cohen's lawyers to leak it. But there would be motivation for the Trump team to leak it to put the squeeze on Cohen once more by indirectly letting Cohen know there would be no pardon or other succor if he turned for the prosecution. But again, the point is moot because Trump's team has waived privilege on the tape!

Actually, these are alleged actions concocted from the fantasies and the echos of misinformation from the mind of a gullible useful idiot!
What has happened to our country?
Trump happen to this country along with the impetus of the flood of misinformation and propaganda from the Putin regime! Wake Up!

"That is, in New York State, it is not a criminal offense for a party to a telephone conversation to record that conversationwithout the other party's consent, because the recording party is “a sender or receiver” of the telephonic communication. N.Y. Penal Law § 250.00(1)."
