Actually if you would care to do some actual research, this is what he said. He was saying that Mexico isn't sending its best, which clearly they wouldn't be. I guess lefties aren't quite smart enough to figure that out.

“It’s coming from more than Mexico. It’s coming from all over South and Latin America, and it’s coming probably — probably — from the Middle East,” Trump added. “But we don’t know. We are now left with Biden, who nobody in their right mind thinks is competent or is doing what is best. Our country will be lucky to survive his presidency.
