I am not sure how Registration does anything to stop criminals or mass shooters. Could you explain?

Criminals are by law not required to register illegal guns. This is found in the Haynes v. United States Supreme Court ruling that states they do not have to register their illegal guns......so the only people who would have to register their guns would be the very people who do not use them to commit crimes.

Is that why you want guns registered?

Also, the only reason anti gun leadership want guns registered, since their is no benefit from doing so, is because it leads to gun confiscation....we know this because it has happened here in the states with various guns, and around the world, Britain, Australia and Germany for example....

As to you thoughts on the opening post.....do you agree that Americans have the Right to own and carry guns for self defense? Even outside the home?

Why would you have the Right to shoot someone simply because they carry a gun for self defense?

Registration makes a person think about the responsibility of keeping his fire arms safe from theft and illegal use. My fire arms are registered and i do not fear confiscation as that will not happen. The people who commit crimes get their weapons from the people who buy them legally, let them get stolen or sell them to get higher price. Have you seen the warehouses of confiscated fire arms that Obama got? An NRA lie that he was going to. Now outside the home if you look at me in anyway I do not like I can shoot you as you are armed.

Part of your premise is so blatantly false no one would respond except a person like me who can poke holes in it all day long.

Except New Jersey, New York, and California have used registration to ban categories of guns.....and Britain, Germany and Australia used gun registration to ban and confiscate guns. You don't know what you are talking about.

And again...registration doesn't stop crime or mass shootings....and will be used to confiscate guns...even if it takes decades to get the political power to do it, just as it took that long in Germany, Britain and Australia.

Obama didn't want to lose seats in congress on anti gun votes, so he concentrated on the judiciary, in particular the 4th Circuit and the 9th Circuit and his two anti gun justices on the Supreme Court....

No....the anti gunners who responed to my thread on the image of gun owners don't respond to this thread because it lays bear their real feelings...that it is better that a woman is raped rather than she stop the rape with a gun...since that is logically where their argument goes. Dittos robbery and murder...if you can't carry a gun outside the home, then you are left with nothing to stop a rape, robbery or murder....so that is the preferred outcome for anti gunners.

You are somewhat paranoid. I will not give up my rifle propelled grenades and you can keep your minute man missiles. The NRA is the biggest proponent of anti gun rhetoric there is. Learn who is controlling you .
