I've finally figured out what makes American voters tick.

On the surface, they seem schizophrenic. First they vote for Trump, and then Dims to take the House.

However, consider this equation.

Trump + Pelosi = Government shut down.

If Congress won't pass term limits, voters will just shut the whole place down.

Well Congress will always get paid.

Three things you can't do away with:

1. IRS
2. Congress.
3. Organized crime

But at least they can shut down their partners in crime and prevent Congress from doing much else than collect a paycheck as they party with Pelosi in Hawaii.

That is some twisted logic. Last time I looked there was no referendum on the government shutdown only a boy-king having a temper tantrum that through the government into chaos.
