That's amusing, since they call the controlled mainstream news "trustworthy" - that tells me all I need to know.

Besides, you can verify the facts and claims presented in the video one way or the other, instead of dismissing the whole thing because some mainstream-loving website (probably started by a govt/mainstream source) told you what to think.

Journal 'Nature' retracts ocean-warming study

The journal Nature retracted a study published last year that found oceans were warming at an alarming rate due to climate change.

The journal issued the formal notice this week for the paper published Oct. 31, 2018, by researchers at the University of California, San Diego's Scripps Institution of Oceanography.

They VASTLY overestimated their level of certainty:

"Shortly after publication, arising from comments from Nicholas Lewis, we realized that our reported uncertainties were underestimated owing to our treatment of certain systematic errors as random errors.​

A mathematician immediately took their claims apart

Lewis, a mathematician posted a critique of the paper shortly after its publication.

The report used a new approach to measure the ocean's temperature based on measuring the amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide rising off the oceans' plants. Much of the data on ocean temperatures currently relies on the Argo array, robotic devices that float at different depths.

They promoted unfounded hysteria by falsely claim that sea level rise could reach 3 feet by the end of the century, a more than 10% increase from 2013 predictions. At the same time, the report found that in some cities and islands hundred-year floods will become yearly events.

So, to protect yourself from the next of crap. Take these facts to heart.

Over the last 20,000 years, oceans have risen by 400 feet. That's a long term rate of 0.24 inches a year or 2 feet a century.

Current sea level rise, measured by satellites, is one foot a century, or half the 20,000 year rate. So long as our inter glacial continues, expect sea levels to continue to rise, why would you think they would stop?

These clowns that buy at sea level on the coast, when the oceans have been rising for 20,000 years and they will not stop rising absent a glacial advance, which no one is predicting is coming with any sense of immediacy, and we're supposed to control the climate of the entire world to protect their coastal property?

Weird how the Left thinks everyone else should pay for their poor decisions.
