So over the last couple weeks some young guys I know who just graduated high school joined the national guard. One I've only known for about a year and another I've know since he was just a little guy. The latter says he's going into the Army in a year after he receives some training. They said knowing me didn't influence them though I think they're being polite in their denial. Seems like every year some of the young ones I know choose to serve. Needless to say I respect their choose and wish them well and I'd like to say again...
