State crimes are poorly prosecuted in red states for the same reason they are for everything else. They depend upon federal aid and have poor state support. State crimes are what make and place in a any red state dangerous to live in…..youre hilarious. Enforcing parking tickets has little effect. Enforcing murder does.

Its up to the states to provide the resources for these more violent STATE crimes. In red states, they don’t.
