Testifying against criminals in shootings. Can we really blame the communities when they don't cooperate with the police?

So....you witness a shooting in a democrat party controlled city. You want to end these shootings, but you know the shooter, even if found, will be taken into custody, and now, thanks to the democrat party prosecutors and judges, be released from custody on bail...often no cash bail, or home monitoring. This happens even with multiple arrests for felony gun use and possession.

So....you stick your neck out....and in days, the shooter is back on your block.

Or, his friends are still on your block.

The police can't protect you, because they are no longer in the business of stopping crime....the democrat party politicians, and prosecutors call them the criminals now, instead of, you know, the actual criminals......

So in a rational world, where you are on your own, the police and the democrat party prosecutors can't or won't help you, or simply release the shooters back onto the streets.....

Does it make sense to come forward? To put your life and the lives of your family on the line for a system that allows monsters to roam free?

Your bias and discrimination along with your over emotive conjoined existence with the GOP blinds you to the real facts on crime.

Where Police Killings Often Meet With Silence: Rural America

As fatal police shootings have become a flashpoint in U.S. cities, they have also occurred at high rates in rural areas — largely without national attention.

Police shootings?

Really?

That isn't the problem in democrat party controlled cities.......young black males shooting other black males is the actual issue........broken homes creating criminals because of democrat party policies...

White people are killing each other out here in the rural areas ran by Republicans, but you forget to mention that because why?

I don't live in a big city under Democratic party leadership I live in the country where the GOP rules and crime is up here also along with murder. You can play your stupid game all you like but it doesn't change any facts in life.

Hell yes we can. People witness a crime but stand there and say..I didn't see anything officer. A week later they are at town hall meetings screaming at the police for not solving crimes and keeping them safe. This stupid "I ain't a snitch' mentality is the reason thugs run around terrorizing people.

The 5th Amendment prevents the government from forcing people to testify. The Chicago police will have to find a better way to enforce the law.
