Buying a condo is hardly news, although the $835,000 price tag was a shocker for a luxury condo. $835,000 is a very low cost tiny cracker box condo to me. The HOA fees of $$3,900 a quarter is unbelievably low! A month I can understand, but a quarter! Are they giving them away?
