No sound capability on the pooter for some time now. Had to unplug the cdrom and only way I could figure out how to was the yank the entire multimedia thing.

Know I have some hearing damage though from the Walkman era. When it's perfectly quiet, I nonetheless hear a constant flat tone. Tinitis or whatever.
