His choice of shirt at his workout blew any chance he had of a team calling.

His skill is not good enough to be worth the lost revenue from fan boycotts.

Kap hasn't broken any laws but has been blackballed - as any disinterested observer would conclude. In a time period when quarterbacks are spending years on the DL for injuries, other less-talented QB's have been signed while Kap sits.

Anti-trust suit? Just a thought.

He brings bad publicity and fan anger with him, his skill is no where near good enough to overcome that.

The NFL and teams have no obligation to hire him or give him another chance.

he got more money in his initial contract/signing bonus than you will make in 3 lifetimes...he is not going to be starving.

He’s made North of $40 million. Assume 10% off the top to his agent, another 30% for taxes, that leaves him about $25 mil. More than likely half of that is already gone. If he has a good and honest money manager he should be able to spend $4-5 hundred thousand for the rest of his life, plus any endorsements he may garner. On the other hand, he wouldn’t be the first ex-athlete to end up broke.
