I was about to post this. This is why the government needs to stop regulating us to death. Let employers pay a baseline pay and let the markets take effect. The government is intentionally screwing people over. I do find it ironic that many of the bastards that voted for O-Tard are now getting the knife to the eye. BITCHES.
