Supreme Court on Jack Smith: A threat to separation of powers.

What’s particularly ironic here is that you call him a political hack for prosecuting the selling of influence.

Apparently you guys didn’t get the message that selling influence is totally legal!
Not when the VP is helping his son do it. That is why he participated in phone calls with his son in front of Burisma associates.

Felony indictments?

That's a lot. As demonstrated elegantly by Trump's increasing use of all caps the more indictments he's subject to.
Indictments are meaningless when they’re just a political witch-hunt by the DOJ.

All this was released the day after more corruption evidence against Dementia was revealed. It was held in abeyance until then, to be used as a way to deflect from the real criminal.

Hack is putting it kindly.

He's a Democrat hatchet man and pure psychopath.

You’re a complete fool who is labelling the wrong guy as a “psychopath”. The classless, amoral narcissist is the only psychopath we’re dealing with in this court.

Donald Trump has bought his way out of legal jeopardy all of this adult life. He was in the middle of a fraud trial when you elected him president. Did you think he was going to stop committing crimes after he was elected given that he’s gotten away with them all of his life?

Well in true Donald Trump fashion, he is now bankrupting the Republican Party, defending all of his hare brained conspiracy theories about “stolen elections”. Trump is spending his entire war chest on lawyers to defend himself.

He’s not gonna have enough money, left to run an election campaign, and neither is the party.

The Corrupt Democrat Criminal Cult has turned our DOJ into their political weapon.
There needs to be a purging of the Democrat political operatives in the DOJ and the FBI.
Who did?

Geoffrey Berman, who served 2 1/2 years as United States attorney for the Southern District of New York from 2018 to 2020, said the Justice Department pressured him and his office to pursue criminal cases against perceived enemies of former President Donald Trump, including former Secretary of State John Kerry.

"I had never seen anything like that before," Berman told ABC News' George Stephanopoulos in his first interview about his new book, "Holding the Line: Inside the Nation's Preeminent US Attorney's Office and its Battle with the Trump Justice Department." "People who had been in the office for 40 years never saw anything like that. It was unprecedented and scary."
