Is it true?

Have more heads of state refused to come, than are attending?

Is this the death knell of President Obama's ability to steer policy in that region?

Are gulf state leaders treating him like a Lame Duck now?

Especially since Congress stiff-armed him with respect to the Netanyahu address to a Joint Session of Congress.

Especially since the Iranian grand poobahs have begun repudiating the so-called treaty terms that the Administration had been advertising?

Have our friends and allies begun ignoring or avoiding President Obama, waiting for January 20, 2017, to re-engage?

Is this a slap in the face to President Obama, for his likely failure in connection with Iranian nuclear weapons development?

Seriously, why would anyone to expect our "allies" to trust the United States any longer?

obumble's ties to Iran make him untrustworthy to the arab states. Saudi Arabia hasn't forgotten the assassination attempt in New York even if obumble has.
