OTOH, there are clear cases where the Bush people did have people arrested on public property, because they didn't like the tshirts they were wearing. Certainly trespassing is acceptable when it is that law most often used to shut down a demonstration or arrest picketers. Too many are using the tea party mid-term election rallies as an example of how a demonstration should look, apples and oranges.
