Japan is creating a prolonged conflict between Korea by publishing that Dokdo is Japanese territory in this year's Defense of Japan White Paper. Japan is in a territorial dispute not only with Korea, but also with China.
Dokdo is a Korea island that is in the district of Ulleung-do, but since 2005, Japan has claimed the island as theirs in their Defense of Japan White Paper for the past 8 years.
Dokdo is both historically and in effect Korean territory! Wish Japan would stop their unnecessary obsession over Dokdo, and Japan has the evidence that Dokdo is not a Japanese territory, but they are refusing to withdraw their territorial claim.
I wish Japan would stop degrading their national image by trying to steal something that's not theirs with senseless logic, and stop their obssession over Dokdo.

It seems Dokoto island AKA Liancourt Rocks legitimately belongs to Japan. I always wondered why the US gave Iwo Jima back to Japan. By transferring Iwo Jima officially to Japan the US gave up it's authority over the Island including the search for missing US Marines. Unlike the pile of rocks in dispute between Korea and Japan the US earned it's right to keep Iwo Jima with the blood of 6,000 US Marines.

Japan's obsession? Really? How about the member of SKorea's Olympic Soccer team who had to be denied his bronze medal after using the occasion to wave a political poster around? And now Mouse Lee - the freakin' president of the country! - visits Takeshima in a political whore move that can only make matters worse. And SKorea still refuses to allow an international body to arbitrate the matter.

    Obsessed indeed.
