well---not exactly------there was clear evidence of VIOLENCE------in the home----
and the cops opened a door. ---------Cops can intrude on ONGOING VIOLENCE---
fresh blood on one victim could be construed as enough to justify OPENING
ANOTHER DOOR

there is controversy, I am not saying I disagree with the ruling, just that it could go to SCOTUS for review, and that we are going to see lower courts pushing controversial decisions in the coming months
