The United States is stepping up its influence on the countries of Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region, seeking to create a counterbalance to the People's Republic of China. The US government website published the US Indo-Pacific Strategy signed by President Biden in February 2022. In general, of course, the East Asian countries have great potential. A huge mass of cheap labor can provide great economic growth there and the transfer of the "center of the world", its main economic force from the countries of the traditional West (USA, Europe, Canada) to Asian countries. This can only be prevented by the successes of Western (and not only) science in working on artificial intelligence, on automation, robotization and intellectualization of industrial production, which will help maintain the leadership of Western countries in industrial development and economics.
