Whistle-blowers belong to those that employ them. In the case of the IRS person, an honest American who is sickened by the filth and corruption found in YOUR White House. In the case of this alleged Chinese agent, a compatriot and friend to the Biden crime family, likely trying to save his own skin after having further tainted himself with association with the corrupt Biden klan.
