I'm hearing reporters use this phrase about parts of the New Orleans area.


If you live in New-freakin-Orleans and you are still doing the "diehard residents refuse to leave" bit, at what point is the appropriate response, "well, good fucking luck then, idiot"? I mean, whose memory is that fucking short?
