One thing missing from that link. The judge in the Paula Jones trial dismissed the case "with prejudice" for lack of evidence before it went to trial. Jones was ordered to pay Clinton's legal fees and she could not refile the case. The Republican lawyers who talked her into suing, Appealled the dismissal and with the Impeachment coming up, Clinton settled the case.
