The whole subject of dogs is interesting.

I have some fundamental ides on this.

1 - don't get a dog that can kill and eat you.

2 - unless you live out in the countryside, don't get a dog that can kill and eat your neighbors.

3 - whatever you want the dog to do most will determine the breed you get.

4 - border collies are the smartest dogs and therefore the most fun for humans.

5 - Chihuahua's and Shitzoo's are great for apartments, condos, and townhomes.

6 - if you hunt get a hunting dog.

7 - if you don't hunt don't get a hunting dog.
