He can be considered an innocent bystander. It's like someone picking something up in a store and deciding he didn't want it and put it back. However, I also think when police checked, he had an outstanding warrant.

I thought there are an APB broadcast stating that he literally stole the cigars. A video shows the store owner (manager?) attempting to stop Brown from leaving the store but Brown bullied the man in a menacing way. I haven't heard anything about Brown returning the cigars but wouldn't be shocked to hear that his buddy "witness" planted yet another false account.

Sure seems that way. But because of slavery, blacks can do anything they want and how dare any of us question it. They sure don't want to all just (get along) with this type behavior in Fergurson and then carrying into other states and cities that had nothing to with it

According to Wilson's testimony to the GJ, Brown gave the box of cigars to his accomplice to hold while he punched the policeman. If Wilson is believed, as he should be and was, then the kid, who had an outstanding warrant, should be charged with both the robbery and the assault on a police officer.
