Folks....stop being racist bigots. Multiculturalism and diversity is so much more than just skin color and religion. We must embrace ALL of another culture....disease and all.

It's just plain unauthentic to have people of another culture here without also bringing their hardships too. Racist actually.

calm down bucs------there are public health issues with which the USA had
dealt------fairly well. The ones mentioned-----polio, Leishmaniose and
tuberculosis-------are either stuff we know lots about and have been doing for
more than 100 years------or not much of an issue----to wit Leishminiose will
be an issue if some victim gets sick with it------it becomes a DIAGNOSTIC DILEMMA----requiring the services of a "tropical medicine" expert------worry not---we got those too. We can even do leprosy and weird manefestations of malaria. I do not foresee any medical disaster other than the acute lead
poisoning (euphemism for bullet in the brain) or blast injury (aka BOMB)
