Quote the Constitutional Requirement for a Declaration of War when Employing Military Forces.
peace...
Again, you're playing the government word game, employing military forces is almost always the same as war.
Somehow here in 2011, we've convinced ourselves that launching billions of dollars worth of cruise missiles at Libyan's heads doesn't equal war.
I asked you a Direct Question...
Where is the Requirement for a Declaration of War in the Constitution?
There is only a Delegation of Power for Declaring War and other Uses of the Military... It's listed, go read it again... Assuming you ever read it in the first place.
peace...
U.S. CONSTITUTION
Clause 11: To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
This is where the word game comes into play, when we go to war do we call it war or attach some other cute word game title for it, even though it entails the exact same thing as war?
I'm not big on cute word games put into place by lawyers in order to get around the Constitution.
